Seriously, what will they think of next?

Kid Cudi’s newest single, “Pursuit of Happiness” officially comes out today. Normally this wouldn’t really be blog material… except that the single is produced by none other than RATATAT and features vocals from everyone’s favorite neopsychedelics, MGMT. It’s a very odd sounding combination, but then again, Kid Cudi definitely has a weird imagination when he chooses his background tracks. Even if you’re not a fan of Kid Cudi (I’m certainly not), you gotta admire Ratatat’s production values.
You can stream it via Stereogum. Kid Cudi’s full-length Man on the Moon drops September 15th, and features this and another Ratatat collab entitled “Alive.”
